The location of the hotel is great! When the green metro line is finnished, it will even be beter with a metro station within 2 walking minutes. The closest red line metro station, is now 10 walking minutes, which is also fine.

The lampshades were a little bite crooked placed on the lamps and Dubai people don't seem to be familiar with moisture problems ;-); there was some mold in the bathroom, but not so much it ware disturbing us. All together, just minor issues. s

Breakfast fantastic. Staff very helpful, specially lady in the Business Center. Shuttle bus to and from airport.

Indoor swimmingpool need to be renovated.

Information handle was not good between staff of different shift. May be information of payment, arrival of guests are not well organized in computer.

Airport shuttle is a good service, nice breakfast, good hotel, good service, good location.

Clean, well appointed, smallish rooms in great, safe location handy to main attractions. We saw from one end to other by RTA buses, train and ferries for just AED20 ticket

Staff were always friendly and helpful. The shuttle-bus service from the airport and back was invaluable. The hotel is reasonably located to interesting tourist points, such as Dubai Creek, the Dubai Museum, and the Big Red Tourist Bus city and beach tours. The three choices of restaurant in the hotel, and the close availability of budget restaurants and fast food places and supermarkets and pharmacies was also good. The buffet breakfast was very good, with many choices of tasty food. As an excellent place to spend a night or two as a stop-over on a long-haul flight this was exactly what we wanted!!

the hotel is fair the problem is the parking but good for tourist who do not travel to dubai by car.

There was really great service, delicious buffet food, treated very well. All staff were very kind and helpful. They kindly took us from and to the airport, but we did have to call up to arrange the pick up because they failed to reply to several emails of mine.

Internet was not the best- we had trouble with wireless access, and the computers in the business center were slow and delayed

its convient to approach nearest bus station and you could take any buses to any places :) and its not so far away from metro. the location is good. breakfast is not so bad,, for chinese, i could have something to eat. room is small but clean. i recommend this place to u

room is too small and the hotel is not so famous so that many taxi drivers dont know the place
